This book published in paperback, Kindle ebook, and on Audible as an audio book covers the questions FDR and Wendell Wilkie have been debating during the previous two debates on the Cheops Books Events Page. It also discusses the questions they will be debating one week from today in the final and third debate before the election on November 8, also the day the Cheops Books thriller Dark Horse will be published.
The novel is supposed to be an alternative history thriller, but according to 1940: FDR, Wilkie, Lindbergh, Hitler —- The Election Amid The Storm there is more fact in it than you would think. Apparently Hitler was buying ads for Isolationist Republicans like Dewey. He wanted them to win so they would leave Germany alone. If Hitler had won the Battle of Dunkirk and pushed Churchill out of office, he might actually have come here and spoken at the convention.
