These are the photos that I will put on my website to accompany the novel Unlocking Trinity. Much of the I-25 corridor was featured in the novel, the road that links Las Cruces in the south to Albuquerque and Santa Fe in the north. It’s the road that leads to Ground Zero. Of course in those days it was a dirt road, not an interstate. The surrounding landscape is very rough. It’s called the Jornada del Muerto, or the Journey of Death. Pioneers so named it. The Rio Grande River veers off. There’s no water at all.
