For such a cheap price Max Reflector Jumbo Accordian Shade is amazing. We bought it last April for a summer’s worth of travel. First we drove our 2007 Nissan Quest from Tucson to San Diego. Then we drove cross country from Tucson to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal with a stop in Pittsburgh first. We parked our car at the cruise terminal from July 6 to August 3 while we crossed the ocean on the Queen Mary 2 and toured Germany, Austria, and England. There was no parking garage or sun protection available. Our car was parked outside in a lot, clearly visible to the departing cruise ship. Then we drove our car back across the country to Tucson. The shade was still like new when we got back.In fact we’re still using it when I’m writing this review on February 3 the next year.
Note: Too bad we couldn’t have packed the shade to use on our European rental car, a Ford Mondeo. But nobody in Europe seemed to use car shades — maybe because there’s not much sun in Germany, Austria, or England.
