We sat down to order dinner for four at the Red Lobster in Pleasant Hills outside Pittsburgh. Two of us made the mistake of ordering steak, one with shrimp and the other just plain steak and mashed potatoes. We spent our dinner hacking away at the meat and attempting to chew it. It was as tough as the day was long. In addition — and I’ve never seen this before — the green beans were hard as rocks. Maybe the chef at this restaurant needs a lesson in cooking. Either that or bring your saw to dinner the next time you come to Red Lobster.
