We arrived at 1:48PM on June 18 at the McDonalds in Trier and had to drive around the very small parking lot looking for a parking space. We almost didn’t find one, and even then our Skoda Octavia barely fit. Inside it was so crowded we had to wait for a table. Then there was only one to choose from and hardly any leg room. We ordered strawberry banana drinks which were standard McDonalds fare. This wasn’t one of the fancier German McDonalds either to compensate for all the trouble we went to.
