Yellowstone the SuperVolcano Stars In Old Faithful Plot:
There are only three supervolcanoes in the world, and Yellowstone is one of them. The geysers in the park have been erupting more frequently than usual. There have been earthquake tremors all over Wyoming. They could presage the coming eruption of the supervolcano that has not erupted in seventy thousand years.
If the volcano erupts again it will kill an estimated eighty-seven thousand people. It will quickly make two-thirds of the United States uninhabitable. Clouds of ash will block out the sunlight in much of the country. That will start to affect the flora and fauna beneath the dark pall suddenly cast over it. The eruption will be two thousand times as powerful as the 1980 eruption of nearby Mt. St. Helens which managed to throw ash into five Canadian provinces and eleven states. This sounds like the apocalypse.
Hitler saw all this coming. He decided to send his most trust Nazi agents to Yellowstone National Park to see if they could jigger an eruption of Old Faithful. Edward and Dora must prevent him. All this drama forms the subject of the upcoming Old Faithful Plot soon to be published by Cheops Books LLC.
While they are hiding out from Dora’s husband at the Old Faithful Lodge in 1933, Dora and Edward are also hiding Lawrence maps that Churchill has given them and which Hitler would do anything to get his hands on. Enter Helga and Herr von Wessel, Hitler’s top spies. They warn Colonel Sir Edward Ware and Dora that either they hand over the top secret maps, key to world domination, or they will blow up Yellowstone National Park. They will turn the famous geyser basin into volcanic rubble – and the rest of America, too, which would be buried in volcanic ash just like Pompeii. And if that doesn’t work they have an even darker plot up their sleeves, one that would change history itself.
