Most Hotels Use Online Evaluations, Cunard Still Uses Paper
There used to be postcards and evaluation sheets in motel rooms, left there for you to fill out at the end of your stay. During the last ten years these have disappeared. Now hotels send you emails after your stay asking you to evaluate your experience. I noticed that Cunard didn’t follow this practice. The purser’s desk distributed paper evaluation forms at the end of our voyage, sticking them in our “mailbox” just outside our rooms on decks 4 and 8. We were supposed to fill them out and stuff them into a box for that purpose on deck 2.
Cunard seems to have an aversion to criticisms online. They want to keep them where nobody else can see them. Witness what they do to anyone who dares to say anything bad about them on their Facebook Page. Nor does anybody from Cunard write back to you about whatever you said. Most motels and hotels do.
