Now That I’m Back From Europe I Really See Europe 11/4/12
When we were on our whirlwind 10-day tour of Germany we rarely had time to pause over anything. That was even more true of our 6-hour shore excursion to the New Forest, Stonehenge, and Salisbury. Everywhere I snapped photos and ran my video camera. Now that I’m back I have a chance to watch the video, study the snapshots, and absorb what I saw. I notice details I never did when I was actually there. For instance i see that my video camera picked up a sign on the road down from the Obersalzberg that announced it had a 24% grade.
