A Postcard About Hitler And The Little Girl In Nuremberg 1938 12/7/12
On eBay somebody in London is putting up a postcard to bid upon that shows Hitler and a little girl in Nuremberg in 1938. That was the last time Hitler attended the party rally since war would break out in 1939 on September 3. It shows Hitler at the height of his popularity, power, and influence over the German people. In this postcard as he chats with the girl he looks the role of Mein Fuhrer. It helps me understand the Rally Grounds in Nuremberg that we visited last July for the purpose of a scene in my novel Captive At The Berghof. Oddly enough, that’s also about Hitler and a little girl.
