Watch out! This Apple Thunderbolt monitor screen may not work with your computer. It’s find with an Apple MacBook Pro that was sold in 2011 or 2012. But it won’t work with laptops from 2010 or before. It will work with the Mac Mini, but it won’t work at all with the Apple Mac Pro Desktop computers. And I mean it won’t work with anything that’s on the market today on January 24, 2013 when I’m writing this review. How do I know? From the school of hard knocks! I bought one of these Thunderbolt monitors to go with my brand new Apple Mac Pro Desktop that was manufactured in June of 2012, and this was a Christmas gift. No sooner was the package opened on Christmas morning than we discovered that it wasn’t compatible. We looked up the issue online. Everybody else was complaining about it, too. We had to return it to Amazon.com for a full refund. Now we have to content ourselves with a monitor screen from Office Max that isn’t nearly as fancy. This is terrible salesmanship on the part of Apple.
