Chilis Bartlett El Paso is a noisy family eatery. Somehow having steak at Applebees or Ruby Tuesdays is more sophisticated. The whole time we were eating kids were dashing about and jumping up and down on the benches at the tables. This must be a general tendency with Chilis restaurants. The last time we visited one we ran into the same loud situation. The steak is just typical. You might as well go to Denny’s. And the machines that they offer at each table to pay are a snare and worse than useless.
