We wanted to eat steak for lunch instead of the usual hamburger at McDonalds. But we never should have pulled off the highway to stop here. The buffet wasn’t very good. The steak was so-so. But what was truly, unbelievably horrible was the attitude of the staff. The manager of this restaurant is a panhandler. Yes, believe it or not, a panhandler. As we were leaving he followed us out into the parking lot. He threatened to call the police unless was gave him $3.00. We were still eating two of the fried chicken breasts we’d taken from the buffet. He said if we stepped outside with it, we had to pay him. As soon as we whipped out our bills, he smiled and sauntered back into the restaurant.
