On our return cruise from Hamburg we were trying to buy gifts for friends and relatives. But we knew we couldn’t carry everything when it came time to disembark. So we asked the shops on deck 3 to mail packages for us. We were shocked when they refused. They said they used to provide the service but not anymore. They didn’t even give a reason!
I don’t know how Cunard expects you to manage. They must not want you to buy their goods.
