I Couldn’t Find A Top Sheet In Germany — Only Quilts 11/26/12
We stayed at five different hotels in Germany in Austria in July: 1)The Best Western Grand Park Hotel in Potsdam 2)The Dorint in Weimar 3)The Hilton Nuremberg in Nuremberg 4)The Best Western Imlauer in Salzburg 5)The Mandarin Oriental in Munich 6)Hotel Lenz in Fulda and 7)The Best Western St. Raphael in Hamburg. None of these hotels offered top sheets. All used only quilts instead. Since it was summer and there was frequently no A/C, I took the quilt out of its casing and used the casing as a sheet.
What’s with no top sheets? Even the Queen Mary 2 didn’t have any on the transatlantic voyage.
